We drive the professional and personal development of our team members. In doing so, we rely on a mix of internal and external training, including the completion of professional examinations, e.g. in certified public accountancy or achieving qualifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). We have a mentoring programme that ensures that every employee has a direct contact person from whom he or she can receive support.
